TJ O' Mahony Cahir, Cahir Business Park, Cahir, Co. Tipperary, E21 YF84 part of Home Project Centre Sales Ltd., Irelands' leading Builders Providers and Home Improvement/DIY Store, is looking for a Permanent, Full-Time, Sales Assistant to join our Team.

Job Purpose: Sales Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dealing directly with customers both in person and on the phone/email, preparing quotations, liaising with customers on orders and deliveries, collecting payments and customer service duties. 
• Ensuring the smooth handling of product administration, queries, invoicing and price modification.
• Providing an excellent level of customer care and attention to detail.
• Frequent communications with the sales representative.
• Assisting reps, monitoring targets and credit collections by reps and producing weekly reports.
• Assist with sales enquiries.

Skills and Requirements:

• Sales experience and product knowledge within the Builder Provider/Merchant sector an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Team player.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a busy target driven sales environment.

Hours: 41.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
