Your Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain action logs and coordinate process improvement within the Company's service offering with the Regional Operations teams.
  • Develop plans and co-ordinate delivery of improved customer aligned processes with the Regional Operations teams.
  • Coordinate problem solving and fixes to customer and service issues.
  • Monitor sales penetration where regional commercial teams are aligned to regional sites of national customers, and co-ordinating resources via department heads across functions.
  • Organise and lead internal and external customer review meetings - minimum quarterly.
  • Provide (or coordinate the provision of) high quality customer management information.
  • Define and design specific customer propositions for specific customer requirement from the suite of Adler & Allan services in order to secure sales and margin growth.
  • Full ownership of the senior purchasing, finance, operational and technical customer relationships for new business opportunities.
  • Full ownership for new contract mobilisation and implementation plans along with the marketing and Regional Operations teams.
  • Lead the engagement of the relevant Professional bodies to drive increased awareness of Adler & Allan.


 Qualifications and Skills: 

  • 5 years proven successful sales or account management experience in business-to-business services and solutions to national organisations; environmental and/or energy infrastructure experience a benefit.
  • Experience in managing sales and/or account management personnel.
  • Ability to create bespoke solutions based on customer needs from the suite of Adler & Allan solutions and services.
  • Demonstrable proven ability to successfully manage the implementation of services/solutions
  • A good knowledge of services pertaining to Adler & Allan group wide offering.
  • Tenacity, durability and able to demonstrate resilience with a positive attitude to change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good financial acumen with an understanding of what drives net profit
  • PC based IT skills
  • Track record of delivery and achievement.
  • Energetic team player with the ability to influence / obtain buy in across functional boundaries.
  • Strong planning and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence a skilled multidisciplinary team.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Achievement of professional sales training.
  • Possession of a clean UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.
