Your responsibilities:

The job of an & Other Stories Visual Key Holder comes with a range of responsibilities –and lots of rewards. Your to-do list includes:

 Customer Service

  • Provide excellent direct and indirect customer service according to & Other Stories standards on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point daily.
  • Use innovation to seek opportunities to increase our sales results and customer satisfaction

Job Knowledge

  • Execute a store closing/ opening based on the &Other Stories closing/ opening routines
  • Address any loss prevention and safety issues that may occur while on duty and inform to management team.
  • Aware of the store’s goals and sales figures
  • Analyse and communicate important KPI’s for such as conversation rate, customer satisfaction etc. on a general level

Efficiency

  • Perform all store routines, including opening and closing of the store, follow all company practices and procedures
  • Follow and execute all store logistics responsibilities based on the best practice routines from the Store Logistic Book
  • Support the Department managers with allocating work in and orderly and systematic manner during the daily business
  • Assigned overall store responsibility in absence of Store Manager or Department Manager when opening or closing store

Team Player

  • Actively work to build a great teamwork with our values as the basis. Your leadership sets an example for others and you act as a role model applying & Other Stories values in your everyday work.
  • Assist the management team in the day-to-day supervision of staff by directing and overseeing work flow within the store.
  • Assist the management team with training and development of sales ambassadors on the operational side of the daily business
  • Ensures that all employee issues are immediately brought to the attention of management team.
  • Share knowledge, skills and information with your colleagues while contributing to a positive working atmosphere
  • Support the management team by introducing new employees to the brand
