About the team

The Service Development team is an enabling team within the Capital Markets Transformation and Acceleration group and the primary role is to work with solution management, commercial offices, operational teams to define and roll out new managed services offerings and/or enhance existing offerings around various CM solutions

What you will be doing

•    Work with solution management to design and develop new managed services offering and/or enhance existing offerings
•    Service Definition, Pricing and Cost Analysis 
•    Developing Service catalogues and operating procedure documents working with different internal stakeholders 
•    Partner with the go-to-market team to launch the services 
•    Collaborate with Solution Management on fine tuning messaging, contracts and sales content for Managed Services offerings

What you bring

•    A deep knowledge developing and positioning managed services offerings on the cloud (AWS and Azure)
•    Knowledgeable of the cloud business model 
•    Good knowledge of Managed Services commercial models, contracts and technical deployment models, dedicated hosting, multitenant (SaaS)
•    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•    Ability to work in a matrix organization and align with both external and internal stakeholders to achieve common goals 
•    Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Added bonus if you have

•    Experience in Financial Services/Capital Markets 
•    Technical presales or operational/CX roles to support large Managed Services/SaaS offering
•    Experience working in a globally distributed model
