This role is to lead the Report Hub Production Support and Client Service Managers in support of the RDS Business here at the Client. The resources that make up this team are span from junior level resources up through Associate Directors and they are located in Manila, India, Wrexham and London.

Responsibilities & Focus areas: The key responsibilities of this role are to ensure that we are providing a high quality of production support for our Report Hub client base, while acting as an escalation point of contact for the team and business. Key focus areas are to help build out the remaining open req s, identify training opportunities to develop the staff, assess and improve current reporting capabilities, establish better procedures across the team and improve overall relationships with our Level 2 and Level 3 support organization that we rely on for success
