Pitching: Engage in consultative selling to understand prospects' needs, educate them about Avantia Law and qualify their interest and fit for our services. Schedule and conduct meetings and to further qualify and start to establish a relationship with leads, emphasising the Avantia value proposition.

Closing deals: Originate, develop and close new deals. Collaborate with our senior lawyers where required to develop and close opportunities.

Sales operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system, highlighting specific challenges and opportunities for each prospect.

Market knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations and market developments related to the private markets.
