Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales and Business Manager to drive sales, increase revenue share, and oversee key business management functions. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for well-being and the ability to effectively manage both sales initiatives and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential guests, partners, and community.
  • Lead sales efforts through proactive outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.

Business Management:

  • Oversee key business management functions, including HR, safeguarding, training, and strategy.
  • Manage HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures to create a safe and supportive environment for guests and staff.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance staff skills and capabilities in line with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and sustainability.

Agile Leadership:

  • Lead by example with a proactive, agile approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Maintain a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organisation.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to navigate the evolving needs and challenges of the wellness industry.
  • Act as a champion for well-being, promoting a positive work-life balance and prioritising employee health and wellness.

Job type: Full time, Monday - Friday. One year contract subject to probationary period with view to extend.

Accountable to: CEO

Working closely with: Marketing Director and General Manager

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • At least three year proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business management skills, including experience in HR, safeguarding, training, and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partnerships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales and business strategies.
  • Passion for well-being and holistic health, with a deep understanding of the power of well-being in driving personal and professional success.
  • Agile, organised, and proactive approach to the role, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to Mid Wales regularly for on-site responsibilities and meetings.
