Trade Team Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to computerize data efficiently.
- Experience in clerical duties and organizational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct basic administrative duties to support office staff.
- Input and manage data using computerized systems.
- Providing quotes for clients
- This role may require you to work some hours on a Saturday to assist with quotations
