Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

  • Conduct basic administrative duties to support office staff.
  • Input and manage data using computerized systems.
  • Providing quotes for clients
  • This role may require you to work some hours on a Saturday to assist with quotations
