Provide all day-to-day admin support to the Partner by taking ownership of calendar coordination, email and LinkedIn correspondence, scheduling calls and zoom/face-to-face meetings.
Provide daily coordination for the Consumer/FinTech team on multiple search processes including scheduling all client/candidate interviews, update calls and feedback calls.
Ensuring the client has all relevant documentation (CVs and Scorecards) at least 24 hours before each interview.
Ensuring our database is GDPR compliant and up to date with all correspondence and documents including interview schedules, CVs, notes, feedback and scorecards.
Assist with candidate tracking in our ATS and as needed, assisting with approaching, sending NDAs, sending candidate briefs and scheduling follow-up calls/meetings.
Assisting with internal/external documents and reports
Acting as a first point of contact for all external enquiries: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Providing our Partners, Principals & Researchers with support on all aspects of Altima’s search process ensuring a positive candidate/client experience.
Scheduling travel and itineraries for candidate interviews and Partners
Various ad hoc requests
Requirements
Strong Proficiency in MS Office & Google Drive
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
