This is a key role within the Performance Marketing team that will play an important part in ensuring we deliver on our ambitious growth targets in the US and the UK. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the programmatic job advertising sector and will be able to apply this expertise in helping us grow and optimise our Pay-for-Performance and Candidate Acquisition campaigns to deliver the best results across our Partner Network.  

They will be able to recommend the best technology to enable delivery of successful campaigns and will advise our Product and Dev departments on what a ‘best-in-class’ platform will look like, as we look to develop more of our 1st party capabilities in this space.  

We are looking for someone with strong team management experience, who is able to build a best-in-class team to run campaigns in the US and UK and ensuring they are delivering on pre-agreed targets and quality standards. 

This role will be overseen by the Head of Performance Marketing to ensure that all Partner activity aligns with key business priorities. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

Oversee all Partner campaign activity for Pay-for-Performance ads and Candidate Acquisition across all markets. Responsible for:  

  • Targets and Objectives:  
    • Responsible for the overall delivery of the partner channel, relating to ad revenue and candidate acquisition KPIs.  
    • Ensuring managers under your remit are fulfilling objectives and hitting targets.  
    • Constantly looking for new ways to deliver growth in revenue and profit margin for CV-Library Group. 
    • Ensure we are delivering quality candidates from our partner network to drive Database and Job revenues.  
  • Partner Operations & Activation:  
    • Ensuring partner activity runs according to standards expected from CV-Library Group and that processes run as efficiently as possible.  
    • Own performance from all partners, such as traffic and API sources.  
    • Ensure all campaigns meet growth, profitability, and quality targets.  
    • Hands on management of CPC, CPA and CPR (Cost per registration) activity.  
  • Data Analysis: 
    • Making data-driven decisions based on true performance, understanding trends and spotting new revenue opportunities.  
    • Work with Data team to build reports and dashboards that aid in campaign management.  
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    • Regularly collaborate with Sales and Product stakeholders to ensure our programmatic activity is delivered competitively in market.  
  • Technology:  
    • Own technology stack for partner campaigns and provide guidance on best in class tech to supercharge our delivery.  
    • Work with internal Tech and Product teams to build out our own programmatic advertising technology suite.   

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience of running campaigns across partnerships/affiliates within the job board industry.  
  • Extensive experience managing and operating programmatic job advertising campaigns, particularly in the US.  
  • Detailed knowledge of partner ecosystem, including buying models, tracking solutions, quality drivers, etc.   
  • Track record of driving profitable growth from programmatic job advertising across multiple markets.  
  • Proven ability to work proactively, independently, and cross-functionally to drive revenue and business value.  
  • Strong numerical competency including the ability to quickly analyse and understand performance trends. 
  • Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Proactive, confident and ability to work independently.  
  • Strong commercial acumen.
