An exciting opportunity to gain experience at a rapidly growing startup creating systemic change in the world. Provenance is enabling transparency on the social and environmental impact of consumer products. We’re looking for a mission-aligned, forward-thinking person to join us on an initial 3-month paid internship, to support us as we continue scaling the business and delivering value for our global customer base.

You will gain exposure to different areas of the business, working closely with our Product, Customer Success and Integrity teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the onboarding of new customers, helping with initial setup, integrations, evidence management and automation of processes.
  • Supporting our customers’ use of the product, monitoring our chat platform, leading on in-app support and creating scalable platform support materials and FAQs for our users.
  • Supporting with product data issues and queries
  • Responding to user Q&A and troubleshooting user needs
  • Working with the product team to analyse data, share insights and make recommendations to aid automation


Duration: 3 months (there may be the opportunity to extend for a further 3 months)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Working Location: Hybrid. To be on-site 2-3 days per week. Our offices are in Kings Cross, London

Salary: £13.15 per hour (London Living Wage)

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has great attention to detail
  • Is good with data and spotting anomalies
  • Enjoys being customer-facing
  • Interested in a career in product management
  • Has a huge passion for sustainability and social impact
  • Is a self-starter and comfortable with being an independent contributor (You’ll be supported by the Provenance team, however, some of the work will involve tasks to complete independently)
