About the company 🏙

Simple Pharma Group is an investment group dedicated to allowing stranded innovation to exist and thrive within the life sciences industry. The group’s purpose is to improve patient access to medicines globally by providing the best home for proven pharma products. The group is formed of two sister companies with distinct strategies: Androlabs and Simple Pharma.

Androlabs is a group portfolio company that aims to build a globally significant pharmaceutical company solely dedicated to men’s health. Established in February 2021 with the acquisition of Testavan® and Vitaros®, Androlabs has developed a deep expertise in men’s health. It markets and promotes the two products across 20 countries and has two development products scheduled to launch in 2024 and 2026.

With Simple Pharma, we are building the first end-to-end operations partner to pharma companies who wish to focus on their core business. Given the highly regulated environment in which pharma companies operate, operations are specialised and complex, meaning that product owners often default to risk-averse, manual ways of working. By channeling our core purpose into these activities, we relieve pharma companies of these obligations and deliver a better service than they could manage for themselves.

We have grown our team to around 30 people across 5 countries. We are profitable, growing, and are participating in a market that is ripe for new thinking. Our diverse team has a range of top academic and professional experience from institutions such as Oxford, INSEAD, Imperial, UCL, McKinsey, Latham & Watkins, PwC, EY, Johnson & Johnson, Accenture, Entrepreneur First, and others.
