We are currently seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team at our Head Office in Alderley Edge. As a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, activations, and engagement through influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an effective influencer marketing strategy to create brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators in the beauty industry
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers for brand partnerships, campaigns, and product collaborations
• Manage influencer relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and payments
• Create and manage influencer marketing campaigns and track their performance
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and PR, to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies

Requirements

• Ideally 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
• Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and driving measurable results
• In-depth knowledge of the influencer landscape, with a strong network of contacts in the beauty industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Proficient in social media platforms and affiliate marketing tools (AWIN)
• Passionate about beauty and skincare
