Associate Communications Advisor  

Reports to: Head of Integrations 

Location: Hybrid - Newmarket (2-days on-site 2-days wfh)

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 based on a 32-hour week

Job snapshot:

As associate communications advisor, you will join the team who is the face of Wonde. You’ll be the go to person for communication and engagement with schools in regards to their integration with our API.

You’ll support the schools via a variety of communication channels and will be someone who enjoys supporting others. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for any integrations queries and strive towards first contact resolution, championing best practices
  • Collaborate and partner with the schools to arrange appointments for the technical support team 
  • Nurture existing relationships to ensure stakeholders are fully supported and maximising their partnership with Wonde
  • Maintain an innovative mindset by always looking to streamline processes and improve how things get done
  • Support stakeholders via phone, video calls and email 
  • Support the division and wider integrations team in a range of administrative duties
  • Provide advice and guidance to colleagues within Wonde to support wider business objectives in areas of expertise 
  • Collaborate with wider teams to further define and expand the scope of existing opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused environment 
  • Natural in identifying and approaching new ideas
  • Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met
  • Flexible in your approach with the ability to adapt to a diverse pool of customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with a high degree of attention to detail 
  • Good attitude towards individual success and team success
