We are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team and be part of our ambition, to continue to deliver the excellence our clients deserve.

 

The Opportunity

You will be managing various projects, including marketing automation, website rebuilds and supporting marketing of new product launches. You will also be responsible for lead generation and content distribution across various platforms.  

You will ideally be comfortable multi-tasking, tracking and managing projects, as well as being good at prioritizing under minimum supervision.  

To succeed in the role, you must also be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. We’re looking for someone who is creative, willing to learn new things, has excellent organisational and communication skills, and is passionate about the healthcare and life sciences industries. 

 

Requirements

What You Will Bring To CHR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • Project management experience or strong experience in a coordination role 
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and so on. 
  • Knowledge of CMS, such as WordPress 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword research 
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Canva is a plus 

What You Will be Doing

  • Supporting senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviours, helping identify target audiences 
  • Assisting with coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including creating engaging content that will attract the right audience
  • Contributing to social media and content calendars, by managing the production of interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics and so on. 
  • Ensuring that regular web content updates are performed and checking content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Tracking relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitoring KPIs, and reporting to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
  • Assisting with email marketing, PPC, and social media campaigns. 
  • Staying up-to-date with social media and marketing trends and best practices. 
  • Being the point of contact for the internal Business Units and managing the Brands internally and externally. 
  • Carrying out vendor Management, ie liaising with Graphic Designers.  
  • Overseeing budget tracking.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits CHR has offices in Shoreditch, London and the Cambridge Science Park and provides the opportunity to work within our hybrid working model. Due to the customer-facing nature of this role, we anticipate 2-3 days per week on-site in our London office. We offer a flexible and supportive atmosphere as well as a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:

  • Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on prior experience
