This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office (in Ruscombe, Berkshire).

Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition's team (a team of 6 recruiters) by completing the following tasks:

  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
  • Maintain onboarding reports up-to-date
  • Prepare/collect new hires paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met in good time before their start dates
  • Have regular set touch points to keep candidates warm in the weeks leading up to their start date.
  • Manage the recruitment inboxes.
  • Promote our roles on social media channels e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn etc...
  • Source candidates rom job boards and pass on to the relevant recruiter
  • Write weekly TA activity report in good time for weekly team meeting
  • Maintaining key stakeholder relationships within the business.
  • As a support to the TA team you may be required to evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters and conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role would be a plus
  • IT literate / strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, face to face)
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects withing deadline
  • Ability to manage high volume of workload while maintaining high quality output
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.
