Duties:
On site management on directly employed and sub-contractor labour
Site inspections
QA/QC implementation and management
Health and Safety Management for all MEP site activities
Client liaison
Coordination of MEP installations
Design/Specification reviews and implementations
Paperwork management; RFI's, risk assessments, method statements, Snagging documentation, testing and commissioning reports and documentation
Required Experience:
Formal qualifications in either electrical or mechanical building services
Must be computer literate
A track record working on large (£10m MEP value+) commercial new build and fit-out schemes
Must be a good communicator
Experience managing both mechanical and electrical installations and large scale installation teams
