We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Team Demelza! Joining our Service Development team, you will play a key role in the delivery of Demelzas strategy by collecting, interpreting and analysing data about Demelzas clinical services and service users.

You will be responsible for providing accurate data, and researching and identifying gaps and trends in the data to inform decision makers in service design and delivery. This new role is an exciting opportunity to maximise Demelzas impact on children, young people and their families.

You will have in-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques, and a solid understanding of data sources, data organisation and storage. Excellent organisational skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with shareholders is essential. Experience in a health, social care or education setting is desirable.

Please note this role will involve working remotely for a temporary period due to COVID-19.
