Here at Haven (Part of the Bourne Leisure Group), we are seeking 4 Regional Resourcing Advisors to join our Central Resourcing Team. These are newly created, permanent roles to help us achieve our goal of filling every vacancy in every Park. 

This is a Regional / Hybrid working opportunity: Our Parks are split in to 4 regions and this role covers 10 Parks in the North Region from Northumberland up to East Lothian in Scotland. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be based within this region to allow for occasional visits to Parks.

What You Will Be Doing
At peak our Central Resourcing Team will recruit a circa of 13k headcount across our 38 Haven Parks, making this a varied and busy role where you will provide a high-quality resourcing service by actively recruiting high volume seasonal roles within the Parks in your region including volume Chefs, Lifeguards and Cleaners, as well as Team Manager positions.

- Be the single point of contact for resourcing support to all your parks within your region
- Assisting with the implementing candidate attraction campaigns
- Partner and coach leaders to enable them to recruit their teams effectively and professionally
- Proactively sourcing candidates via the use of databases and CV search websites
- Build and support Park relationships with local employment partnerships, DWP & Colleges etc
- Attend weekly regional meetings to provide recruitment business updates
- Involvement in ad-hoc recruitment project work

You will Ideally Possess
- Proven internal and/or external high-volume recruitment experience
- Strong relationship management skills
- You will have worked in a fast-paced organisation
- Experience in direct sourcing candidates for entry-level up to mid-management roles
- Good understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in resourcing
- Worked in a commercial business with a degree of seasonality and constant change. 
- Flexibility to travel to parks in the region and our central offices as the business requires
