Project Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager to join our client’s team. As the project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of mechanical and electrical projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or questions.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a project manager in the mechanical and electrical field.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and controls.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
