We’re looking for a Machine Setter to join a trusted supplier of temporary protection materials at their site based in Sheffield.

With a focus on precision and efficiency, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the production processes, ensuring the seamless operation of extrusion and print lines.

What will you be doing as a Machine Setter?

• Operating the extrusion and print line to ensure seamless production processes
• Setting up and operating the line according to established operating procedures
• Efficiently changing the line as required to meet production demands
• Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet certified quality standards
• Labelling, packing, and preparing finished products for distribution
• Adhering to health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Performing general warehouse duties as needed to support production operations

What do you need?

• A background in manufacturing
• Machine setting / operating experience
• Plastic processing experience / extrusion experience
• A background in injection moulding (beneficial)
• Flexibility to work a continental shift pattern
