Area Sales Manager

Salary/Rate:
£27,000/annum

Due to growth, our client is recruiting for two Service Account Managers to join their existing business team, who will manage their existing customer accounts ensuring excellent customer service, product knowledge and support. Our client heavily focusses’ on growing their client relationships, ensuring they are continuously protecting their client base. Ideally our client would like a years’ experience in Sales Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls to take orders and deal with queries.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to take orders.
  • Inputting sales/orders via website, email, or telephone as appropriate
  • Preparing and sending emails relating to enquiries and sales calls
  • Maintaining accurate information on CRM database
  • Maintain a high level of ''after sales'' service and continuity for clients
  • Building relationships with customers

  • Be articulate, confident, enthusiastic and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Generate rapport, build productive customer relationships, and communicate with people at all levels.
  • Work well under pressure, managing a high workload & multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Thrive whilst working both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • First class administrative skills gained working in a varied and busy environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
