Are you an experienced administrator with superb customer service skills? Are you looking for a brilliant opportunity to work for a Medical Business in the heart of Wilmslow.This is a newly created role so the ideal candidate will have extensive Admin Experience a professional telephone manner.and be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Duties to include:
Making appointments - this involves calling the clients and booking appointments on via the In-House Portal
Preparation of clinics - this involves making sure the doctor has everything they require, and all clients have confirmed their attendance. Medical records are also checked at this point.
Sending out GP reports - this involves proofreading the more simple of the reports and issuing an invoice. These are both then attached to the portal and sent to the solicitor.

Highly articulate & numerate
Must be accurate with great attention to detail.
First class communication & time management
A tenacious, adaptable multitasker
Excellent IT knowledge
Prepared to go the extra mile
Polished and well presented with an excellent telephone manner
The role is fully office based in a friendly sociable team. Hours are 8-4pm or 9-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Please note there is no parking on site but the office is easily commutable by public transport or parking is a 5 min walk to the office.
Full training will be provided.so the ability to pick things up quickly is essential and of course attention to detail is key in this role.
