I am currently looking for a Project Manager to join my fantastic client at either their Peterborough offices. They were established over 50 years and is a family run business with 5 branches over 4 counties. They encourage family values within the workplace which breeds a very healthy atmosphere.

Description:

You will be reporting to the Lead Project Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects of varying values and diverse natures. This will primarily be Retail Projects (Waitrose and Morrisons Supermarkets) but in time may include commercial projects, MOD, MOJ, schools, care homes and upgrade works for values between £5,000k and £10m.

Due to the locations and nature of these works, this role requires additional working hours and possible stopping out Monday to Thursday nights when required.

Essential Requirements

• Construction related qualification i.e. HNC/HND/BSc
• GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in English Language, Literacy and Numeracy
• Experience of working within a similar environment
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Competent in the use of a range of IT packages
• Proficient in Health & Safety legislation and compliance
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Positive attitude and the ability to integrate and be an active part in the team
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
• Keen to pursue personal development needs and maintain up to date knowledge
• You must hold a full current UK driving licence and have had 6 months driving experience since passing your test
• Successful applicants are required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, MOJ CTC clearance, MOD vetting clearance and enhanced police clearance.
