Production Supervisor
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Production Engineer to join a trusted precision engineering company based in Andover. This is a full time permanent position.
Production Supervisor Duties:
- Aid the production team by creating CNC programs
- Assist with producing manufacturing quotes
- Create accurate manufacturing documentation and be responsible for communicating the job progress plan
- Identify suitable materials and arrange purchases in order to allow efficient production
- Produce manufacturing estimates
- Assist with raising structures, routings & BOM’s
Production Supervisor Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience working with CNC machines
- Experience setting up and operating 3/5-axis mills
- Knowledge of Edgecam or a similar CAM system
- Must be a good problem solver and able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Fanuc experience is desirable but not essential
Production Supervisor Benefits:

Production Supervisor Additional Information:
- Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1pm
- £30,000 - £50,000 negotiable, dependant on skills and experience
