£20 - £24 per hour+ Company Van, Tools and Fuel Card
Our client is a reputable property refurbishment and maintenance company committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. From small repairs to large-scale renovations, we take pride in delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work including installation, repair, and maintenance of various structures and fixtures.
- Undertake multi-trade tasks such as plumbing, electrical, painting, and plastering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to deliver outstanding service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter and multi trader in the property maintenance or construction industry.
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and knowledge of various materials and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
