Job Title: Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

Hours: Full-time and Part-time positions available, school hours between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in education? We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging EYFS curriculum activities.
• Provide individualized support to children to promote their learning and development.
• Assist in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their educational journey.
