As the Head of Commercial Operations, you will steer the ship towards continued growth, as you refine and expand our current fleet and establish strong relationships with industry stakeholders. Your passion for success, coupled with your exceptional leadership skills, will be the driving force in achieving outstanding results.

• Lead the growth and refinement of the Rental business, maximising profit per vehicle over its lifespan
• Manage and support the sales & operations teams while fostering key partnerships within the motor industry and MaaS
• Champion the delivery of the group's Giving Back Culture, collaborating with external partners to make an impact

Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ years of senior level experience in automotive rental and funding
• Demonstrable success in scaling up mid to large businesses/divisions
• Proven experience in buying, de-fleeting, and selling stock to maximise ROI
• Track record of fostering motivational and encouraging leadership to drive team development
• Extensive understanding of financial management responsibilities and exceptional customer experience delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or equivalent industry certification
• Additional certifications in financial management or leadership development
• Proven success in developing and maintaining external partnerships in B2B environments
