Position: Account Manager
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Our client, based in Basingstoke, are specialists in the print and direct mail industry, using their cutting-edge technology and software they’ve emerged as the UK’s leading experts within their field.
They are currently on the hunt for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their growing team. Being self-motivated, you'll work closely with clients across various sectors, ensuring consistent and exceptional service whilst driving sales.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Manage client data and update profiles with accurate information
- Handle client telephone and email enquiries
- Book in new jobs, take briefs and manage jobs through to completion
- Work closely with clients to resolve complaints and other issues.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand the services provided to clients
- Ensure all communication with clients are clear, accurate and informative.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in customer service / account management, ideally within printing or mailing
- Enthusiastic, positive and a great communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent numerical and communication skills.
