Full Job Description:

M4 Specialist are currently seeking a reliable and experienced client focused Relief Joy Ambassador to join our client’s team in Edinburgh (a role which would suit candidates from various backgrounds including hospitality, retail, customer service, driving / delivery, parents looking for flexibility – the list is endless). This is an ongoing position, which could lead to full time for the right candidate working for a local company with a great working environment. Transport links are good and there is ample parking. In this role, you will play a key part in the safe and efficient movement of goods, servicing, maintaining, and repairing vending machines.

Shifts for the role of Relief Joy Ambassador:

• Monday to Friday: 0600-0800

Duties of a Relief Joy Ambassador will include:

• You will be provided with a list of clients and locations to visit on a daily basis
• Re-filling or cleaning our solutions on client visits
• Cash handling is involved, until the client move to completely cashless payments
• At each site visit, you will update a special app to reflect stock refilled (and other bits). The company will provide full training on how to use the app, but you must be comfortable with modern technology and able to use basic applications on a smart phone.

Requirements for the role of a Relief Joy Ambassador:

• To provide flexible route cover in the event of Mobile Vending Operative absence
• A rock star attitude to work
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable handling stock
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
