To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for Marketing Coordinator to come and join our team at our Head Office in Ibstock, LE67 6HS

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and activities to promote Ibstock's products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating content for various marketing channels including printed collateral, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of trade shows, exhibitions and customer trade days
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Assist the Marketing Team / Digital team with the maintenance of the marketing database
  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks such as budget management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for marketing activities.
  • Additional tasks/duties as required to meet the needs to the business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools e.g. Canva
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Studying towards a degree in a relevant subject (business & marketing / marketing / communications, or related field)
  • Some experience (1-2 years) in a marketing role or similar position.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or sector.
