Location:
City of London, London

Our client are a specialist engineering contractor, with a reputation for designing and delivering complex and innovative civil engineering projects.

Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful completion of projects by creating, amending and updating detailed programmes.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders including the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Commercial team and in-house design team
  • General programme management including development of initial programmes based on first principles
  • Analyse, review and recommend main contract programs post-contract award
  • Commercial and change control including analysing potential risks developing contingency plans to mitigate disruptions
  • Generating and distribute reports on project schedules, progress and performance indicators

Essential Requirements:

  • Civil engineering degree or equivalent
  • Working knowledge and experience working on projects ranging from £10m - £80m
  • Previous working experience on demolition, piling, basement or RC framework projects
  • Proficiency in planning software and the Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable:

  • Experience in a self-delivery business
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
