The firm's Employment team are one the largest in the world, advising on the full range of employment matters for an exciting and varied client base. The team focus primarily on post-transactional employment restructuring, as well as providing advice on the handling of employment claims; including those involving discrimination. The firm is particularly well known for its representation of clients in the tech and gaming sectors.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Senior Associate (6 + PQE) to support the development and growth of the firm's London Employment team. As part of the role you will be advising commercial clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related queries. The team's work is fast-paced and offers huge variety, covering the full spectrum of employment law matters.

You will be involved in assisting and advising commercial clients in relation to:

• investigations and complex employment claims;
• mentoring junior members of the team;
• experience of advising clients in the financial services sector;
• day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues and working time questions;
• more strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements;
• corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, business transfers and outsourcings;
• employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation;
• collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE;
• senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits;
• industrial relations and trade union matters.
