Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Daily inspections, site records, and photos
- Working collaboratively with the Contractor, Design team, and other support teams
- Supporting the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager
- Supervising activities of the Graduate
- Supporting the assessment of TQ/RFI's
- Support for assessment of Compensation Events and quotations
- Support for assessment of Valuation and Cost Forecast
- Support for assessment of Programme
- Supporting the junior member of staff
- Supporting the communications teams with photos/updates on works
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in highway site construction
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to cover night time civils and surfacing works
- A valid driving license
