Fantastic Opportunity for a Panel Wirer!

Pay Rate: £18 per hour

Shifts: Day Shift - Monday to Friday

As a Panel Wirer, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the safe and efficient assembly of electrical distribution panels. If you have previous panel wiring experience and are skilled in working with single and three-phase systems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit electrical components and wiring following schematic drawings.
• Fit, wire, build, and assemble power distribution units.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
• Conduct electrical testing and fault-finding to ensure quality and reliability.
• Work with busbar assemblies.
• Adhere to high standards of attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production processes.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Recognised apprenticeship served in the electrical sector.
• Previous experience in panel wiring and electrical testing.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to schematic drawings.
• Flexibility to work on both high and low volume wiring assemblies.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• A positive attitude and excellent attendance record.
• Control panel experience.
