🎯 Duties:

• 📞 Conduct outbound calls to both B2C and B2B prospects, introducing our products/services and generating sales leads.
• 🎯 Tailor sales pitches to meet the needs of different audiences and effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
• 💪 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
• 📈 Meet weekly and monthly call targets and KPIs, while keeping accurate records in the CRM system.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the team to identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities and provide feedback on outbound calling strategies.

🎓 Is this you?

• 📞 Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• 🎯 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to engage prospects.
• ⏰ Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and achieve sales targets.
• 💪 Resilient, motivated, and passionate about success in sales.
• 💻 Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
