Are you a Cost Manager with a minimum of 3 - 5 years post qualification experience within a cost consultancy environment ?

The Role

Working alongside an experienced team of Senior Cost Managers and Associate Directors, you will work on a wide variety of projects. They range across various sectors from commercial, mixed-use, health and education, schools and residential, so experience in these will be advantageous.

Duties

• Provide a full suite of Cost Management duties to high profile clients.

• Provide effective support and mentoring to Graduates and Apprentices.

• Delivery of cost management outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales & quality standards.

Who you are 

You will be someone who has proven experience within a cost consulting environment and able to provide the full Cost Management services including Procurement; Contract Administration, Cost Reporting and Final Account resolution.

Excellent pre-contract experience alongside construction delivery experience is essential. As is strong commercial awareness, and an appetite for business development.

• Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning and tender document tools will be essential.

• Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors. 

Qualifications

• Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.

• Accredited to MRICS (or equivalent) or working towards it
