Our client are looking for a restoration technician to join their team based in Glasgow. They are market leaders in property damage restoration and will provide all the training and support needed for you to become a skilled Property Damage Restoration Technician. Main Duties;

• Attending all new jobs allocated by dispatch and Area Managers to include all domestic and commercial locations
• Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required
• Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders
• Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings
• Ensure ‘live time’ inputting of reports in line with quality procedures, ensuring ‘live jobs’ are updated on a weekly basis

What you need;

• Building or property maintenance experience or any practical or DIY experience - ideal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organisational skills
• Willingness to learn
• Have basic IT skills
• Have a full clean UK driving licence – essential
