Are you an experienced administrator with a proven track record of excellence? Do you have previous experience as a Credit Controller? Look no further - this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

Our client is looking for a proactive and skilled Credit Controller with exceptional communication skills, to join their team. As a pivotal role within the organisation, the successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing customer accounts and ensuring the collection of outstanding charges and late payments.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers for outstanding payments and late collections
• Negotiate with customers and propose solutions to line management
• Arrange asset collection through third parties when necessary
• Process novation requests with proper approvals
• Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant administrative records
• Monitor customer payment performance
• Handle customer service inquiries via various channels
• Escalate issues and complaints promptly following company and regulatory procedures
• Ensure fair and efficient handling of all customer matters in line with cultural values and FCA requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience within a busy credit environment OR excellent administration experience in a fast-paced role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to extend their credit control knowledge.

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. This is a fully office-based role with hybrid working offered after training is completed (3-6months).
