We are working on behalf of a Cheltenham based Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor who are looking to permanently employ the following member of the team.

Required: Junior Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: £32-£42k p/a (office based)

Company/Employer: A large M&E Commercial contractor, who work across the UK on Schools, Offices, Hotels, University & Warehouse projects.

Your duties: Initially working on pre-construction activities on secured projects, including tech subs, RFIs, VE options, general procurement, surveys and on to O&Ms and handover docs. Office based support for the Project Managers running the projects.
