Production Operative

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our client's team in Cheltenham. If you have a keen attention to detail, dexterity, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for hanging parts onto jigs and packing them once processed. You will also be involved in machine operating, manual handling, document completion, quality inspection, and maintenance of the plant and chemical additions. This is a varied role that may include working with other machines once you have received the necessary training.

While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, full training will be provided to the successful candidate. This is a temporary to permanent position, with a 12-week probationary period. You will be working full time, Monday to Thursday, from 07:30 to 17:30.

In return for your hard work and commitment, our client offers an attractive hourly rate starting from £11.44 p/h, which will increase upon completion of your probationary period. You will also have the opportunity to join their team on a permanent basis.
