HR/OD Analyst

To be considered for this role, you must have
- A strong background in people data analysis – not operational or financial but someone from a HR background
- Strong understanding of data objectives from a strategy perspective.
- Background in Org Design or Org Effectiveness – being part of a programme that has delivered in this space.
- Experience in Eliciting requirements from a range of sources.
- Background in Client Facing work.
- Create, process and maintain data sets, perform organisational analysis, develop insight from diverse information sets, enable evidence-based decision-making and facilitate the effective operation of the project
- Identify, specify, source and collate information sources needed to analyse the current state organisation. This may include headcount, cost and/or business performance data
- Process and maintain data, actively managing data sets to ensure they remain accurate and current. Compare and integrate multiple data sources
- Baseline data and robustly managing forward from the baseline.
