Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Credit Controller include:
- Handling sales ledger
- Generating invoices
- Building and maintaining rapport with clients and colleagues
- Maintain precise records in Sage Software
- Producing timely reports and debtor information
- Proactive role in managing and collecting debts
- Reconciling client accounts / allocating payments
- Preparation of statements, sending copy invoices
- Liaising with project leads and clients
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in credit control will be required
- AAT Level 3 or above would be desirable
- Someone with great attention to detail with a real passion for numbers
- Takes ownership of your own development
- Genuine willingness and enthusiasm to work and progress in a busy office whilst able to display a thoughtful and professional attitude to all stakeholders
- Determined to progress and succeed
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Passionate about your career
- Work well as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills including the Microsoft Office suite
