Are you a Quantity Surveyor, looking to involve yourself in high-quality, complex projects in the Southwest?
My client has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Bath office on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will join a long standing, family run contractor, with an experienced and reputable team.
Duties
- Cost control
- Bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Tendering
- Cost management
- Cost planning
- Cost reporting
Requirements
- Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Cost Control, BOQ, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
- Experience in cost reporting and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
- Experience in the construction or social housing industry is a plus
