My client is a Holiday Let Management Company who have ambitious plans to grow the business throughout the Cotswolds and beyond, with a keen focus on quality over quantity. They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Consultant to join the team and support their growth plans.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Property Consultant:

• Identify and generate your own leads and manage your own pipeline to deliver business growth
• Arrange site visits to meet property owners in order to showcase the business and services offered
• Develop strong relationships with clients and other third party stakeholders
• Collaborate with colleagues to increase brand awareness

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Property Consultant:

• Experience in a similar role within Property, Travel or Tourism highly desirable
• A self-starter, with a positive 'can do' attitude
• First class communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to develop and nurture strong client relationships
• Highly organised with excellent time management
