Are you a Design Engineer or similar with a background in automotive or aerospace who is looking to join a global aerospace company, who will provide training and put you on external courses to give you the chance to work on large scale projects?

On offer is the opportunity to work with a company who contract for the world's leading aviation company. You will be working on one of the biggest aerospace facilities in the UK which gives you the opportunity to advance your career.

This varied role within a multi-disciplined team will have you developing and delivering manufacturing processes and tooling solutions within CATIA, SolidWorks, 3D Experience and other tools, your focus will be on designing tools for the aviation industry. This role will have you overseeing all aspects of the tooling design including customer design reviews and ergonomic assessments and over time you will be involved with other projects that will consist of more project management responsibilities.

This role would suit a Design Engineer or similar with an Aerospace or Automation background who wants to join a sub-contractor who provides work for one of the biggest aerospace companies in the world who can move up to team management and take on various other roles.

THE ROLE:

• Using CATIA to design wings
• Located in Broughton
• Monday - Friday flexible 8-hour shifts

THE PERSON:

• Design Engineer or similar
• CATIA or SolidWorks
• Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Aviation or Automotive or similar background
