MTrec’s Client Opportunity

Our client is an established and successful business based in Redcar. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.

The job you will be Doing

  • Customer focused both internally and externally
  • Working closely with team manager ensuring all system work orders and system admin are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update company data bases and filing systems
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, orders and reports
  • Develop and work towards system housekeeping
  • Handling any general administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus 
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards work with a just do it approach.
