Conservation Architect in the Oxfordshire area? 

I am working with an AJ100 firm who are looking for a Conservation Architect to join their well-established team.

They are looking for someone who has experience in running conservation projects. You will be expected to support the senior project leads on the day-to-day running of projects in all RIBA Stages. You will need to lead and run projects, of various scales, and delegate tasks. 

Their Oxford office is a hub of creativity and collaboration, and they need someone who can support the team and bring in knowledge of previous experience. 

You will need to be Part 3 qualified, with at least 3 years post qualification, ideally you will have AABC/RIBA SCA accreditation You will need proven technical competence undertaking condition surveys and specifying repair works. 

You will need to have proven working experience working in RIBA Stages 4 & 5 and proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS. 

The salary will be based on ability and experience but is expected to be between £35,000-£45,000.
