TR2 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a team based near Cheltenham.  

Successful candidates will be delivering the best aftermarket support in the area covered by the depot to all market sectors.  Candidates will be expected to deliver the company coperate objective and be the first point of contact,continuing with effective communication, managing the process through to delivery.  

Candidates will be expected to work in line with the parts team leader and depot manager to acheve the parts targets, budgets and objectives. 

  • Support the team leader to ensure the budgeted parts profitabillity is achieved each month 
  • Support the team leader ensure the departments parts sales are in line with company expectations whilst reporting ideas and opportunities to increase monthly performance 
  • Ensure all phone calls are efficiently captured and dealt with professionally 
  • Customer relationship management to be conducted to company process
  • To achieve the depot customer number target each month 
  • Process orders and invoice out all parts within the company standard. Retail/Warranty/Internal 
  • To raise and escalate parts shortage or delay in delivery as per company process 
  • Responsible for parts work area, H&S/housekeeping, kept within company standard 
  • Monitor stock levels, report and investigate any discrepancies 
  • Goods inwards process to be managed to company standard 
  • Work with colleagues to ensure departmental cover for absence and industry holidays. 

Our client is looking for candidates who are able to work well as a team and also alone.  Candidates are expected to have knowledge of motor trade, agricultural and construction industry,

  • Communication skills - ability to speak to customers and engineers to ensure a high level of customer satsifcation is achieved. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team 
  • Organisational skills - ability to manage own workload effectively to ensure key responsbilities are met.
