My well established Liverpool City Centre based client is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors on a hybrid basis, working on a 50/50 home and office model. Within the role you will be acting as the first point of contact for Customers, taking inbound calls and making follow up outbound calls.
The core responsibilities of the role include -
* Responsible for acting as the first point of contact for existing members
* Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls, maximising every customer interaction through generating and retaining business by identifying opportunities to expand existing customers product holdings
* Complete ad-hoc tasks as required by the group, assisting colleagues with peaks of customer demand
* Attend team meetings and contribute to them
* Ensure that all communications are clear and all regulations are followed
* Make outbound calls to warm enquiries
Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience required -
* Previous experience of providing telephony based Customer Service
* Excellent Customer service skills
* The ability to maximise every interaction with every member ensuring calls are dealt with end to end
